Fall 2022 Fashion Trends To Follow

Everyone here in New York, will always be in favor of the Long Summer Days that the ecliptic Earth we live in has to offer in our Northeast Hemisphere of the United States as we all know is nestled on our beautiful mother earth. We say goodbye to sundresses and platform wedges with our straw raffia totes while sipping on Rose and enjoying Lobster rolls and oysters. We are moving into the season of hot toddies, all things pumpkin, fabulous furs, timeless leather totes and flap bags as well as darker lipstick and gloss.

If you are looking for inspiration for what to wear for Fall 2022 as well as what is on trend, look no further, I am laying it all out for you.

Firstly, if you are someone that gravitates to wearing all black, whether it be your professions dress code or your signature color, you are in absolute luck. The new style Punk Futurism is back in full swing. It has a twist of innovative, unsentimental and defiant outfits. You can mix and match leather, plaid as well as an array of leather.

Next things next, as we all know it is going to get chilly, brisk and cold here in New York. However, have no fear, because statements coats are back. Do we all remember Kid Rock at Woodstock of the 90’s?  The floor length fur is back and in full swing. That iconic look is giving us all the vibes for what’s fashion forward and in store for us this season. It doesn’t stop at fur. If fur is not your thing, faux fur is on the rise as well as duster coats that will graze your ankles as well as puffer coats that drop to the floor, make an amazing fashion statement while keeping us warm and toasty all season long.

Are large statement coats not your thing? No need to worry at all. There is always the option to hop on the cat suit trend. This is a trend that I am still struggling to try for myself. I think the catsuits look beautiful on others and the models, but I am not sure if it is something I am willing to try yet.  It’s a one-piece outfit that speaks glamorous and confidence all in one. There is an array of patterns such as animal print, leather and sheer. These catsuits are definitely worth a try as they provide the top and bottom to your outfit for the day/ and or night to make you look and feel like a movie star.

I feel it is safe to say that many of us will be particularly excited about the next trend I am about to cover and that is tailoring. This is such a win for those of us who are going back to the office. There is now an array of options of office to happy hour, office to date night or pieces that you wore to the office this week and can dress down for a Saturday night on the town. There are so many pieces to choose from. If oversized is your thing, you’re in luck. If you prefer the cinched waist (my personal favorite) excellent, because that is on trend too.  If you’re in an office with a less strict dress code, there are scorching sets with a falling neckline that will steal the show to, from and after work.

The final trend is one I never stopped wearing or loving despite on the trends and that is the over the knee boots. Stuart Weitzman are my personal favorites. However, I have found beautiful dupes that you can shop here. Furthermore, there are bright bold colored over the knee boots all over the runway.

How do you guys feel about these trends?

Do you love them or want to leave them? Please let me know. I hope that you all have a beautiful, blessed and incredible week. If you ever have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate

God bless and love to all of you always,
