Birthday Weekend 33 Pt. 1

I think it's safe to say my 33rd Birthday was my favorite thus far although my 32nd birthday borderline takes the cake with our Flamingo Island Trip to Aruba. I will definitely do a full post about that marvelous trip as well that is much overdue. Needless to say, my 33rd birthday was incredible. Despite growing up on Long Island, I never had the privilege of enduring an overnight stay at the famous Gurney's Resort in Montauk, NY. Rob and I only went for dinner last June for our 6 Year Wedding Anniversary. Both visits there were incredible, but I...

My “Come to Jesus” Moment

Hi guys, it’s been a while since I wrote a formal post. Life has been crazy. I went back to the office to a totally new role a little over a year ago. In the midst of that I took it upon myself to complete two Ivy League Graduate Programs.  The first one was at Harvard Business School which I completed and graduated from last year.  Now, I am in NYU for their CFP program, which is a very robust, demanding and time-consuming curriculum. Good evening,

I hope everyone had a great first unofficial day of Fall! Today is National Book Day and I absolutely love to read so I wanted to share what I am currently reading. I always read a healthy combination of fiction and non-fiction because I do believe knowledge is power and that you can never be too educated. I am so fortunate and blessed to be attending Harvard Graduate school this fall because I am reading some great finds that I may have never stumbled upon.

Smashed Hamburgers with Caramelized Onions

Smashed Hamburgers with Caramelized Onions

Good evening,

I know I am starting to sound repetitive here, but the dreaded “L” word is here. I still am in total denial; however, I am trying to be positive and embrace the change. I know for a lot of people, the kids here in NY went back to school either last week or start tomorrow. With everyone getting into the full swing of routines, school nights etc. I wanted to share one of my beloved weeknight recipes from my favorite chef and TV personality Ina Garten. I low key am obsessed with her, I have all of her...
