There’s something about a Hamptons summer morning that makes everything feel a little lighter, a little brighter, and last weekend was the perfect example of that. I had the opportunity and pleasure to join Club Serves Hamptons at The Watermill Center a sold-out event hosted by Serves by L.A. and The Formula with Meredith.
It was so beautifully organized with rows of chic mats stretched across a lawn, eye catching trees, music pulsing just enough to make you move without even realizing it. Meredith led the class with her signature energy that she is renowned for, equal parts fun, fierce, and motivating and suddenly a group of strangers felt like a team. We laughed, we sweat, and we pushed ourselves harder than we thought we could.
While the workout itself was incredible, what made the morning even more special was the purpose behind it. 100% of ticket sales supported Hamptons Community Outreach, a nonprofit making such a difference for local families in need. Every rep, every drop of sweat it all meant something bigger.
Of course, because this is the Hamptons, the details were so thoughtful too: curated goodie bags, wellness treats, and the most fashionable athleisure as far as the eye could see. It felt polished yet purposeful, stylish yet soulful, everything I try to capture here on The Long Island Blonde.
Leaving The Watermill Center that day, I felt inspired. Inspired by the community that shows up, the women who lead with passion, and the reminder that wellness isn’t just about us it’s about what we can give back. And if that’s not the heart of summer in the Hamptons, I don’t know what is.
With love,
Hannah
